Genius article, loved the Hayden & Langer combo. As much of a prick as Hayden is I always had the idea Langer was like the weedy annoying kid at school who greased up to the school bully and hid behind his legs if you ever threatened him.

Great idea Rich - I could spend the whole day coming up with more, but I'm only going to suggest one kiwi addition:

Richard Hadlee is a figment of Ewen Chatfield's imagination - Chatfield toiled away at medium-fast for a respectable number of tests (43) taking a decent number of wickets (123) at a solid average (32.17). All the while, Hadlee screamed it at frightening pace, taking 9 fors and world records, making all-time great teams, driving home in shiny new Alfa Romeos and boozing it up with the best, around the world.

great, great article.

the tiger shot - awesome
the neville video in the tunnel - embarassing. what a loser.
the merths vs. spencer debate - no brainer, merths was ten times the player spencer ever was. And I'm from neither of the provinces involved.
why didn't Hayden take the bat to Jones' head?
