Robyn – Rugby is more intense (unless it’s a boring game), but at least it’s shorter. Hadyn will be an equally capable host I’m sure.

LB – I only had 3 beers at the match – I’m not *that* far out of form!

JJ – yeah, 27 bucks! That hurt alright. Baz McC’s catch WAS a bit special, anyone trying to ticke one down leg will think twice with him around.

Yeah my bad I didn’t make it, non internet friends were keen to go sunday and I wasn’t keen on paying 27 bucks each day!

Sunday was tough watching but I did enjoy Gambhirs innings and McCullm’s catch which looked pretty sharp from side on.

You know, I really enjoyed that afternoon. I didn’t get the game but I still managed to have fun on my own terms. I’d never been to a sports game before (I know!) but now I want to explore other sporting events. Maybe even the rugby.

And I am with you on the joys of meeting up with the people you know from the intarwebs. It’s just nice.
