Tour photography

Boston.com’s big picture blog points to an amazing series of photos from this year’s tour, including a tilt-shift shot of the peloton, and Devil Guy.

Le Tour is probably the most visually spectacular sporting event going, team. Except  Waikato Stadium with lingering shots of Hamilton’s CBD in the background, of course.

  1. You know who likes the tour…

Do you like to fight injustice?

Yes, that is truly an exceptional quality you have.

Please sign the Save our Bill Lawry petition to keep the Corporate vultures from ending the career of our favourite excitable one.

    Think of the children.

  2. There hasn’t been the same drugs taint this year – it’s not over yet though I guess. Interestingly, the Garmin / Chipotle team, which is the anti-drugs team, has Millar still in contention, so if you assume all the rest of them are on drugs, he’s (kind of) keeping up.

As for Berbatov – who knows. We need him more than Man Utd do! Looks like Keane is on his way too, I’ve never warmed to him, but he does score loads of goals… Let’s hope old Sam the Eagle has a couple of striker-shaped rabbits up his sleeve.

  3. Where’s the shot of all the pill popping?

Grumpy, you ask? Of course I am; looks like Dimitar’s off to the Devil Bowl.
